Bellfield Menswear SS17 Behind the Scenes

This seasons Bellfield Menswear focuses on high summer, drawing inspiration from a summer wardrobe of key 1950’s pieces. This results in Hawaiian shirts, using authentic tropical prints lifted from vintage pieces, to washed out printed board shorts in pastel hues, skater back vests and all over print tees.

Outerwear is transitional in sporty silhouettes using waterproof fabrics and technical details with some key smarter pieces such as a blue suede bomber which follows through on the 50’s theme. Shirts and shorts come in washed cottons, workwear detailing and with rockabilly motifs that filter throughout the range.

Textured and washed out pastel knits are used as summer layering pieces, while the core range of classic chino shorts, oxford shirts, vintage denims and athletic sweats continue.
