With a strong sense of identity, a legacy of heritage crafts such as dying, spinning and weaving, combined with leading talent in modern design we take a look at our stores selection of independent fashion and apothecary brands based in Scotland and Ireland.

Founded in 1986, Eribe is a knitwear design house and manufacturing company  based in Melrose, in the Scottish Borders. They pride themselves on championing Made in Scotland and have a dedicated fan base worldwide, with stockists in over 200 stores in 27 countries.

" We love putting a contemporary spin on traditional Scottish clothing, especially with our designers' expertise in Fairisle (Fair Isle) knitting technique. By blending patterns, colours, and natural yarns, we're able to create unique and innovative knitwear pieces" - Eribe

The pieces are crafted with expertise passed down through generations, ensuring a sustainable product that looks and feels great and lasts for years to come. They use only quality, natural yarns sourced from Britain to knit garments and accessories for women and men. Their love for natural fibres, like lambswool and merino, is driven by their ability to keep you truly warm, something they know all about!

YOKO are a company who specialise in wool clothing  based in Dublin, Ireland. Offering mittens, hats, and outerwear each piece is made from the finest materials, appreciated for their breathability and softness. Like Eribe, they believe in the natural properties of woolen goods because they know just how important comfort and thermal regulating properties are especially during the cold winter months.

Field Day was born in 2002 when Alix, a girl from County Down was inspired to capture and bottle the native scents from the fragrant fields of the Irish countryside. The brand has been growing for over 20 years, and more passionate than ever about the great Irish outdoors and creating fragrances that soothe and inspire. In a world obsessed with making things quicker, where immediacy is all that matters, FieldDay put in the thinking, the ingredients and, above all else, the time, to handcraft beautiful products designed to elevate the simple moments of our every day lives. Mass production, this definitely isn’t. The fragrances celebrate Ireland’s wildflowers, particularly the ordinary, and especially weeds which have resulted in multi-award winning candles and collaborations.

Dook is an award-winning artisanal company based in Edinburgh, Scotland. They make salt soap in small batches using organic ingredients, essential oils and natural colours. Each batch is mixed and poured by hand resulting in distinctive, high-quality hand and body soap. In 2018, after years of making cold processed soap with traditional ingredients, they added Himalayan salt to their recipe and realised they had something special on their hands. .
Sustainability and plastic reduction is central to the brands manufacturing and retail approach. The main oils used in the soap are organic and from sustainable sources. Plastic is kept to a minimum during manufacture and all of the packaging and shipping materials are made out of exclusively recycled and recyclable materials.
