Scents of Summer // Kerzon

Kerzon, pronounced “care-z-on” is  a brand born between two brothers, Etienne and Pierre-Alexis, one creative, the other entrepreneurial, but both sensitive and passionate about beautiful things, and authentic memories.  Driven by a desire to create simple, authentic, sustainable products, they dreamt up a range of natural products to embellish the home, and cleanse and take care of the body on a daily basis.

Inspired by the scents of their family home, memories of travel and their passion for craftsmanship, this duo began Kerzon in 2014, uniting a family of friends and partners who shared their values and adhered to their production pact. This eleven part commitment includes: low-impact manufacturing, production transparency, natural ingredients, French manufacture, responsible packaging, fair pricing for all, and cruelty free formulations. 

The majority of the brands fragrances are made with one of the oldest French Maisons in the city of Grasse and products are formulated from respectfully sourced raw materials, selected with regards to sustainability. Producing in France enhances the value of local resources; it also allows Kerzon to guarantee the quality of raw materials and to really control each step in the manufacturing process. The brand packaging comes from sustainably managed forests, printed with the imprim'vert label, and the glass bottles are fully recyclable.

All Kerzon products are vegan, (apart from their lip balm which contains bees wax) meaning that they do not contain any ingredient of animal origin in their formulations, which are clearly detailed in full on their labels.

With two new fragrances for the warmer days, Kerzon have introduced an eau de toilette with multiple uses; to be sprayed on the skin, in the hair or on your clothes, for a long lasting and sustained scent.

Le Soleil shines, diffusing a warm blend of coconut and frangipani. Smooth and fiercely generous, a sensory awakening with silky touches of peach, coco and almond milk, this blend is infused with amber vanilla and subtly flowered by ylang-ylang and jasmine water, giving the skin a lasting veil of Australian sandalwood, musk and Indonesian patchouli

La Wax captures a summer feeling through the flamboyant pairing of marigold and elemi (a tropical tree resin) Its spicy finish exalts the skin from a minty note with headnotes of fresh, peppered elemi  and bucchu (a South African native plant) its powerful blackcurrant heart tinted incense, releases unexpected hints of resin on an earthy, woody cedar background.
